Fire and Ice Bar and Grill

Tria Architecture was hired to convert an older family style diner into an upscale bar and restaurant aimed at the 25-35 year old age group.  What Tria proposed was this 3,450 square foot renovation focusing on an undulating bar with a continuous river of solid ice to keep patron's drinks cold set against the background of a sloping, colored display wall.
